Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2026
These Terms govern use of the Payson Pine Plumbing website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. They are a general draft — not a substitute for your actual work order, estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
This is a general draft, not legal advice — an Arizona attorney should review it before publication, alongside actual work orders, estimates, and service agreements.
1. About Payson Pine Plumbing
Payson Pine Plumbing is a plumbing service business based at 200 W Frontier St, Payson, AZ 85541. Phone: (928) 476-7928. Email: support@paysonpineplumbing.com.
2. Website purpose
The website provides general information about our services, service areas, contact information, plumbing guides, and ways to request service. Website content is not a diagnosis, estimate, contract, guarantee, or substitute for an onsite inspection.
3. Emergency communications
Don’t rely on email, a web form, or social media for an active plumbing emergency — call (928) 476-7928. If you smell gas, leave the area immediately, don’t operate switches or appliances, and contact the gas utility or emergency services from a safe location before requesting plumbing repair.
4. Service requests aren’t automatically accepted
Submitting a website form, email, or voicemail does not create a contract, guarantee an appointment, arrival time, price, or availability. A service appointment is confirmed only through direct communication with us.
5. Estimates, scope, and authorization
Website descriptions can’t determine the exact scope or price of a job — actual scope may depend on onsite diagnosis, accessibility, condition, hidden damage, code requirements, permits, and conditions discovered after work begins. Before paid work starts, you should receive and authorize the applicable estimate or work order. We don’t state that estimates are free unless confirmed.
6. Separate service agreements
Plumbing work may be governed by a separate estimate, work authorization, service agreement, invoice, warranty document, or payment agreement. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the specific service agreement controls for that job, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Customer responsibilities
Customers requesting service agree to provide accurate information: correct service address, ownership/tenancy/authorization status, known hazards, access instructions, system history, accurate symptoms, occupancy, animals on site, known utility shutoffs, and well or septic details. The customer must have authority to approve work at the property.
8. Property access
You or an authorized representative may need to provide access to the building, utility rooms, crawl spaces, attics, shutoff valves, water heaters, cleanouts, exterior lines, or gated/rural access roads. We may reschedule or decline work when access is unsafe, unavailable, misrepresented, or outside the confirmed scope.
9. Pricing and payment
Website content does not establish final pricing. Prices may vary with labor, materials, equipment, access, urgency, travel, diagnosis, permits, and job scope. Payment terms, deposits, accepted methods, late charges, and financing must be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, or agreement.
10. Cancellations and rescheduling
A specific cancellation, trip-charge, after-hours, or rescheduling policy will be communicated when your appointment is confirmed. We don’t impose a fee through website language alone if it wasn’t clearly disclosed during scheduling.
11. Warranties and guarantees
No specific workmanship or satisfaction guarantee is stated on this page — any warranty must be in the applicable written service document. General phrases like “quality work” or “reliable service” should not be read as an unlimited warranty.
12. Availability and service areas
We describe service in Payson and surrounding Rim Country communities. This doesn’t guarantee availability for every property, a local office in each community, a specific travel charge, response time, or acceptance of every job — distance, weather, access, and scheduling all affect availability.
13. Information about plumbing and DIY work
Guides and articles are for general education. You’re responsible for deciding whether a task is safe. Don’t attempt gas piping, suspected gas leaks, electrical connections, water-heater fuel connections, pressurized pipe repairs, concealed leaks, sewer excavation, or work requiring permits — improper work can cause damage, injury, contamination, fire, or code violations.
14. No professional relationship from website use
Using the website doesn’t create a plumber-customer or professional relationship. A service relationship begins only when an appointment or job is accepted according to our process.
15. Accuracy of website information
We aim to keep information accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. Contact us to confirm current services, areas, hours, pricing, credentials, and payment options. Unconfirmed services (like new-construction plumbing) aren’t listed as active.
16. Third-party products and information
We may mention product categories, manufacturers, utilities, or government agencies. A reference doesn’t mean we endorse, sell, install, or are affiliated with that third party. Product warranties are governed by the manufacturer or seller’s terms.
17. Third-party links
Links to external sites are for convenience. We don’t control third-party content, security, privacy, or accuracy. Use third-party websites at your own discretion.
18. Reviews and user-submitted content
If the site accepts reviews, comments, or photos, users must not submit false, private, defamatory, unlawful, copyrighted, or malicious content, or spam. We may moderate or remove submissions where permitted.
19. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s original text, logos, graphics, and design are owned by Payson Pine Plumbing or used with permission. You may view and print content for personal, noncommercial use — not copy, republish, sell, scrape, or create derivative commercial content without permission.
20. Prohibited website use
You may not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, harvest personal information, misrepresent your identity, submit fraudulent requests, or use automated tools that harm site performance.
21. Website availability
The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, security incidents, or circumstances outside our control. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
22. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website and general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available.” This disclaimer doesn’t replace or limit any written warranty on actual plumbing service.
23. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising solely from use of the website. Claims related to actual plumbing work are governed by applicable law and the specific service agreement, not solely these Terms.
24. Indemnification
No broad customer indemnification clause has been inserted into this general draft — any such clause should be tailored by an attorney to our actual business risk.
25. Privacy
Use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes our data collection, vendors, cookies, and retention practices.
26. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Venue, dispute resolution, and attorney-fee provisions are not added without legal advice.
27. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions are intended to remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
28. No waiver
Failure to enforce a provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
29. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as website features, business practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above is revised when material changes are published.
30. Contact us
